As the winter months approach, it's the perfect time to focus on yourself! Take on a fun challenge to boost your mind and body while fundraising for those living with and affected by diabetes.

1. Register for the challenge!

Whether you're taking part individually or as a team, register today to take the first step in improving your wellness.

2. Set your fundraising goal

With no minimum fundraising requirement, you set your own target. As your donations increase and you complete activities, you'll unlock digital badges and fantastic rewards to celebrate your success.

3. Plan your month of activities

Get ready by picking your daily challenges from our activity list and adding them to your calendar. Doing this before the challenge starts can help you stay on track!

4. Start the challenge!

Start logging your wellness activities from the 1st November. Don't forget to join our supportive Facebook Community and share a post on your own socials to tell everyone about your challenge!
