Whether you take on the 5 mile route from Potters Fields Park or go all out with the full 10 miles from Battersea Park, you'll discover a whole new side of London taking in breathtaking skyline views and soaking up the energy of the capital before finishing in style at Tower Bridge.
You'll get a free t-shirt, a jam-packed finish area with food stalls and a sports massage, plus a well-deserved finisher's medal to take home. It's fully step-free, family friendly and dogs are welcome too.

Support on the route
The route is fully supported with medical care, marshals and you'll be welcomed across the finish line by our very own cheer squad.
Dog friendly
You are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog with you on your Wellness Walk, however they must remain on a lead for the entire route and in the Finisher's Area.
Can't make it?
You can still be a part of Wellness Walks by taking on a 5 or 10 mile walk in your area.

Further travel information for the 10 mile walk
We recommend you travel to Battersea Park train station. It’s one stop on the train from Victoria Station with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of the park where our event will start. You can use www.tfl.gov.uk to plan your journey before you travel.
Alternatively the new Battersea Power Station underground station is a 20 minute walk from the Bandstand and is on the Northern line of the London Underground network.
Try to arrive 30 minutes before your start time.

Further travel information for the 5 mile walk
We recommend you travel to London Bridges station, only a 10 minute walk from our event start. This station has the Jubilee and Northern Underground lines as well as the National Rail links.
Alternatively, use Tower Hill Underground Station across the Thames, which is approx. 13 minutes walk away and is on the District and Circle Lines.

Try to arrive 30 minutes before your start time of 11.00am.

- Toilets are available at your start and finish locations.
- Water refills available at the start and finish. Please carry at least two bottles of water with you to stay hydrated.
- Medical assistance and hypo snacks available from marshals for those that require it along the route.

The route is on tarmac or concrete paths and pavements, making the route wheelchair accessible. There are numerous roads to cross, please follow all guidance from our marshals to make sure the route is safe for everyone.
