We’re taking on a Wellness Walk to support Mum who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes last year.
Mum was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in July 2024, after suffering a life threatening DKA. Thanks to the doctors and nurses at Wrexham Maelor hospital, Mum has coped with this new challenge like a trooper. To show our support and thanks to the charity who raise vital funds for people like Mum, Myself, Martha and Owen are walking the Wellness Walk along with Mum in Manchester. Any donations are appreciated to raise money and awareness for such an important charity to us!Our Achievements
