In loving memory of David Jacobs

I have decided to do this walk with Jack Fearn to help raise valuable funds towards Diabetes UK in loving memory of my wonderful step dad David Jacobs- who will forever be a shining star in my life, he gave me and the kids so much love and support and if only we had more time could have made even more memories than we already have. Dave had Diabetes- not diagnosed till later in life and was able to control it using the many medical advances that have progressed through the years. I would love to give back and help advance research but also support for those with Diabetes.
