I’m taking on a Wellness Walk for a happier, healthier future for all.
Me and Rachel Bradley-Cooper will be taking part in the Manchester Wellness Walk on 19 October 2026. It's an 8 mile walk raising money for Diabetes UK.
Being an Insulin Dependent Type 1 Diabetic myself means this event is close to my heart.

My mum raised funds for this cause at her funeral because of dad. Diabetes these days has changed since I was a kid bringing dad out of hypos. I believe if we had the treatment we have now he’d still be with us. Good luck pal wish I could give so much more
