My 'Wellness Walk' Sunday 28th September 2025 !
Most of my nearest and dearest have either had to help me with a hypo, run to the shops or sweety cupboard to grab things to shove down my throat in times of need or more often than not watch me drop my trousers in order to inject myself with insulin. As a type 1 diabetic since the age of 9 this charity is obviously close to my heart.
