Welcome to our Diabetes UK Wellness Walk fundraising page!
Later this year, Jemima will celebrate her Bat Mitzvah and it was obvious which kind of charity she wanted to support to mark this special milestone. Jemima has lived with and managed Type 1 Diabetes for nearly a decade since the age of 3. Her courage and resilience of how she deals with this condition 24/7 and 365 days a year is nothing short of incredible. I will be joining her to walk for Diabetes UK by doing the Wellness Walk London Bridges this September to support the 5.8 million people in the UK who live with diabetes, day in day out. And you can too, just by making a donation.
