Wellness Walk London Bridges

Just a quick stroll from park to bridge...

Since arriving in London last September, I’ve been clocking almost 12k steps a day and even hitting 50k steps each weekend! Now it's time for the soles to be destroyed once more...

Once again, I'm taking on Diabetes UK’s London Bridge's Wellness Walk to raise awareness and funds for the 5 million people in the UK living with diabetes, day in and day out.

If you know me, you know this is personal—I was diagnosed at 30 years old, and yeah, that sucked. But 7 years on and still going hard. And now, I’m walking for a cause that’s close to my heart.

💙 Diabetes UK is on a mission—to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. They fund research, provide life-changing support, and fight for better care. But they need our help.

So, if you’ve ever wanted to make a difference with the click of a button, this is your chance. No matter how big or small, every donation counts.

Join me in this challenge—because Battersea to London Bridge is a long way, but together, we can make an even bigger impact. Donate today! 🥝
