My Story

Hi all,

Welcome to my Diabetes UK Wellness Walk fundraising page!

On Sunday 27th September, we are walking 5 miles over 5 London Bridges to raise awareness for Diabetes UK!

Some of you may know that Diabetes has now been apart of my sons life for nearly 4 years.

Kiaan (my son) was only 2 when he was diagnosed and it changed all our lives forever.

Not a day goes by when I don't worry about him or pray for a cure one day...

Kiaan is absolute trooper, and this year he will be walking the 5 miles with me, and I couldn't be prouder of him! :)

This is my 3rd year now walking the walk, I am aiming to raise a bit of money and awareness about this terrible illness.

Over the last 2 years i have raised over £3,000 for Diabetes UK, and I'm so grateful to everyone who has supported me over the years.

Most of us know of someone who has this terrible life changing illness, so if you could donate to the cause, we would be so very grateful!
