I'm taking a wellness walk for the 4th year in a row and since then I've become more confidence in my well-being, I'm no longer restricted on how I should live my life with type 2 diabetes and other health issuesI started with the walk and now, I am more active than I ever been. When my health allows me to. I just have to listen to my body and not push myself too much.
