Hi everyone,

In 2004, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started out on oral medication, but over time, my condition changed, and I now inject insulin four times a day.

Right now, 5.8 million people in the UK are living with diabetes. It is a cause very close to my heart, which is why I am taking on a walking challenge to raise funds for Diabetes UK. My goal is to help support their incredible work and advance vital research.
