Walk as a fight back

I’m I learnt I had Diabetes type 2 after suffering a Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) that caused a Pulmonary Embolism (PE) in 2021. For 13 days I was in hospital, 5 in Intensive Care. Part of my fight back was walking.
