wellness walk for my brother
Saturday 9th AugOn 7th September, my brother and i will be taking part in the Glasgow Wellness Walk to raise money for diabetes – a cause that’s deeply personal to us.
In August 2023, my brother was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, a life-changing condition that requires constant monitoring, insulin injections, and daily adjustments to food, exercise, and lifestyle. We’ve seen first-hand how challenging it can be, and how much support, education, and research matter.
We’re walking to help fund vital resources, life-changing technology, and better treatments so people living with diabetes can lead healthier, fuller lives.
Every donation – big or small – will make a real difference. If you’d like to support us!
